As with most modern parts the requirements lead you down the path of needing a CNC. The language used on CNC machines is CAD and the code generated is CAM. Although we generally work with CAD models or engineering drawings. We understand that a customer sometimes only have a broken or worn out part they need reproducing, or a few measurements hand-drawn.
